Jim Bacon avocados are tasty green fruit with yellow-green flesh & medium-thin skin. The Jim Bacon tree is a medium upright tree. Height at maturity: 25'-30' tall/ 15' wide The fruit size grows to around 10-12 oz. Jim Bacon avocados ripen November - January.
