--PETER'S HONEY-- Peter's Honey Fig trees produce beautiful, shiny fruit that is greenish-yellow when ripe. Figs are very sweet with dark amber pulp.  Trees produce high quality fruit. Superb for fresh eating. A warm location with southern exposure is required for ripening fruit in the maritime Northwest. Peter's Honey Fig trees originated in Sicily. They have good cold tolerance. Height at maturity: 15'-30' in the ground, but can be kept smaller with pruning or if kept in containers Self-fruitful Zones 6-10.
