--SIR PRIZE--  The fruit of a Sir Prize Avocado tree is large, with a small seed, buttery in texture, and is packed with a rich nutty flavor. Hass type avocado with black skin and 10-20 oz. fruit. The Sir Prize avocado fruit does not oxidize as quickly when cut or kept refrigerated compared to other varieties. Upright tree with similar cold hardiness to Hass Avocado.  Ripens January-April Height at maturity: 15'-20' tall Mature trees are frost sensitive below 26 º F Please note that trees younger than 3 years should be protected when temperatures fall below 32 º F.
