--OVERVIEW--  The punch of flavor that bursts out of a Sudachi fruit is acidic, and tart with a unique savory finish that is almost peppery. Sudachi Limes are a Japanese favorite similar to Yuzu. Sour, aromatic juice of Sudachi limes is prized by chefs worldwide for its unique flavor. When used in cooking, Sudachi Limes are harvested while they are still green.  Fruit ripens in the fall and holds on into winter.
