Hey Sunshines! It's Rachel! Your bread baking chum. I am so thrilled that you are here with me ready to soak up this wonderful guide. To tell you the truth, I was once in your shoes. That's right. A novice baker longing to put those artisan loaves into the bellies of my babies. But I just didn't know where to start. All I knew was that my mom baked a little when I was small yet I was too busy to notice or pay any kind of heed to it (*kicks herself) Did I love watching her floured hands knead the dough to create beautiful sandwich bread?
