About the Japa Roller, Firewood Cleaner – Disc Style General The Japa Roller firewood cleaner uses small metal discs to clean your firewood. It is compatible with all Japa firewood processors. However, it can also be used as a standalone cleaner that cleans your wood. The Japa Roller is hydraulically powered, using hoses with quick couplers. These can connect to your Japa (or other) firewood processor. There are separate speed controls for the disc tine speed and conveyor. And the tine shafts rotate at different speeds. This allows your wood to accelerate as it moves along the cleaner, getting more dirt and debris off. The slew angle on the outfeed conveyor, conveyor speed, and height and angle of the cleaner are all adjustable. As a result, you can fully adjust your entire operation. A large metal hopper allows you to dump firewood into the roller from above. As wood is fed through the Japa roller, the debris and dirt will fall through to gaps of the rotating blades. Powering
