Inner Child Reiki Healing + Coaching Session

If you are looking to connect with and help heal your inner child, this is a great step on that journey. Working with inner children is one of my favorite things to do, so I’m excited to combine reiki and inner child healing together!  Each session will include a 30-minute remote reiki session and a follow up. This follow up can be over email or a 30-minute phone call (whatever you’re most comfortable with but phone call is usually recommended). After the reiki healing session, I will send you notes on what I picked up from your energy. This includes any imbalances or blockages, and any intuitive information I pick up (why there’s an imbalance, how to continue to balance it, any messages I get from your higher self, etc.). I will also include messages from your inner child, what they need, how they’re feeling, etc.). You will be coached on ways to interact with your inner child, listen to them, honor their feelings, and will be given journal prompts to do that are tailored to your inne
