This is the ground beef everyone comes back for - 80% lean, 20% fat, which means it's got enough marbling to stay juicy whether you're making burgers, tacos, meatballs, chili, whatever. Our cattle spend their entire lives on Kentucky bluegrass pastures here in Crestwood. Grass from day one to their last day, never grain. They're raised the way cattle are supposed to be raised - outside, grazing, moving across the pasture. It's better for them, better for the land, and it makes better beef. 80/20 is the sweet spot for ground beef. Enough fat to keep things flavorful and moist, but not so much that you're draining off grease. Works for pretty much anything you'd use ground beef for. One pound per package.
