Hanger steak is one of the most flavorful cuts on the whole animal. Sourced from the plate section, this cut quite literally 'hangs' between the rib and loin and was traditionally kept by butchers because of its incredible taste. Our 100% grassfed hanger steak has a deep, beef-forward flavor and tender texture when cooked properly. With a loose grain similar to skirt steak but naturally more tender, it delivers a rich, almost steakhouse-quality experience right at home. Cook hot and fast to medium-rare or medium, allow it to rest, and slice against the grain for the most tender bite.
