NEW HOLLAND WHISKEY SINGLE MALT ZEPPELIN BEND 750 ML (6)

A straight-malt whiskey- twice distilled and aged in new American oak with a heavy char. Notes of vanilla and clove arise from the slightly caramelized spirit leading to a classic American-oak finish. 100% malted barley fermentation done in house Twice distilled to 140 proof. Barreled at 120 proof in heavy-charred American white oak. After a 3-year minimun maturation time in the barrel- thewhiskey is transferred out and proofed to 90 proof with deionized water. Filtered through 3 particulate filters pr ior to bottling.
