It features a lightly sweet taste, medium peppery flavor, pleasant umami/savory taste, a semi-dried texture, and a natural smoky BBQ aroma from the open-flame grilling process. Ingredients: Meat, soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar, fruit juice, fresh crushed black pepper, herbs, spices, sea salt, and celery powder. (No synthetic nitrates or nitrites are used. Contains gluten.)
