A standard mild cheddar enhanced with a touch of smoke. Use this to liven up your mac & cheese with a rich flavor. Pairs very well with red wines such as Zinfandel, Cabernet or Malbec. We ship out on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays to ensure the freshness of your product. Please note that due to extreme heat temperatures in summer, some shipments may be delayed.
