This white cheddar is an English Cheddar with a distinct texture and slightly crumbly texture, yet smooth and creamy in the mouth. We ship out on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays to ensure the freshness of your product. Please note that due to extreme heat temperatures in summer, some shipments may be delayed.
