Wooly Black Garlic is a unique aged sheep’s milk cheese marbled with black garlic. The buttery, nutty cheese with a hint of tang gains unexpected depth from the addition of black garlic, which lends a mellow caramelized, lightly sweet flavor to the cheese, akin to dried figs or balsamic vinegar.
