Fresh NEVER FROZEN Shipping (For Dairy)

THIS IS FOR FRESH SHIPPING! IF YOU ORDER ICE CREAM OR SORBET AND IT MELTS WE WILL NOT REIMBURSE YOU!  All of our dairy products arrive fresh every week, we also have fresh meat packages available on occasion.  We normally ship with dry ice, which is -110°F, that will sometimes freeze the product in transit to the destination. This guarantees the meat stays as cold as possible and arrives to you in the best condition.  If you would like us to ship the package using ice packs instead of dry ice you may add this to your order.  THERE IS NO GUARANTEE THE PRODUCT WILL NOT ARRIVE FROZEN IN SOME CAPACITY - WE WILL NOT ISSUE REFUNDS FOR PRODUCTS THAT ARE FROZEN
