Just like its store-bought sister, the variegated pink Eureka lemon is big, juicy, and full of lemon flavor! "Variegated," means that the beautiful yellow and green stripes you see on the leaves also appear on the fruit as well. This variety is sometimes called "Pink Lemonade" as the inner flesh of the fruit is a light pink color, and when squeezed it will produce a juice that resembles pink lemonade! Don't forget to add sugar, though - it’s still a sour lemon!
