This 10 Inch Heart Shaped Springform Pan is perfect for cheesecakes, ice cream cakes, flowerless chocolate cakes, coffee cakes, stuffed pizza and fruit tarts. The pan has two layers of premium ceramic non-stick coating for quick release and easy clean up. The pan is made from carbon steel and has two parts. The ceramic non-stick coating is Cadmium Free, Lead Free, PFOS Free, PFOA Free and PTFE Free. For best performance we recommend hand washing and hand drying.
