Wrong Size Ordered Replacement Program

We urge you to visit a professional jeweler to ensure accurate ring sizing before placing an order.  All rings are made at the time of the order so refunds and exchanges are not accepted. If we make an error, like sending the wrong size or a damaged product, we'll replace your ring, covering all costs, including shipping. Please notify us within 7 days with a photo of the ring on sizing stick to begin the replacement procedure. Replacement for Wrong Size: Errors happen. For plated rings, contact us within 7 days and we will replace the ring for a fee of $69.99 ($89.99 personalized) Just place the order with the proper size and respond to the confirmation email to tell us the original order number and we will handle the rest! We cannot replace/remake or resize solid sterling silver rings.
