Our 9" shareable quiche has a shortbread crust and a silky egg custard filling made of homemade crème fraîche, fresh tomatoes, basil, thyme, mozzarella, salt and black pepper. Shortbread crust: flour, butter, water, sea salt. We recommend lightly warming the quiche prior to serving: tent with foil and warm for about 20 to 25 minutes in a preheated 350° oven.
