Mashed Potatoes
These incredibly creamy and flavorful mashed potatoes are the perfect side for any meal! You can get your 8" x 8" pan in either Classic Style or Cheesy Garlic Style. Servings: 6 - 10 Keep refrigerated or frozen until reheating (directions below). Can be frozen as-is, but it is recommended to place plastic wrap directly on top of the mashed potatoes before putting the lid back on and freezing. If frozen, let thaw in the refrigerator overnight, and reheat using directions below. Reheating: - Oven: Preheat oven to 350° F. Remove plastic lid, cover with foil, and place into oven for 20-30 minutes until hot. - Microwave: Remove from metal pan, transfer to microwave safe dish, and microwave for 3-5 minutes or until hot. Store leftovers in airtight container for 2-3 days in refrigerator, or up to 2 weeks in freezer.
