If repairs are possible we only charge a shipping and handling fee for the acceptance and return of the item. At your convenience, please mail the item to: Free the PowderRepairsP.O. Box 980880Park City, UT 84098 Once we receive the item in need of repair, we will make the necessary repairs and return the item to you. Normal repair and return time is 2-4 weeks from receiving the item during the ski season (November-March) and up to 8 weeks during the off-season (April-October).
