Wild Plum Jelly

Wild Plums, Native to the Caprock Canyons are a tart sweet and juicy fruit that the wildlife have feasted on they become ripe around the first of July and make the best tasting Jelly you've ever tasted. The plum thickets have become a refuge and a source of inspriration many things I've written. I can garantee you will taste the love and culture of the area in every bite! We had a bumper crop this year! I love to loose myself in my thoughts picking and returning to a time when things were made by hand!    1/2 Pint jars available until sold out
