Full Day Guided Float Trip

Guided Float Trips are a great way to Experience a different side of Asheville and WNC. Carson guides folks for a full day on the river in a 16' Cataraft drift boat. These floats are 8 Hour trips. The boat has two additional swivel seats so you and your friend/significant other can comfortably enjoy a day on the river.  There are two options for float trips:  -Smallmouth Bass float: Using either fly tackle or conventional tackle (per preference).  These trips occur on the French Broad River (20-45 minutes from Downtown Asheville) or the Little Tennessee River which is by far one of the most beautiful and scenic rivers in WNC (1hour 15min for Downtown Asheville). Each has its own special appeal but both rivers are plentiful in Smallmouth Bass as well as other species like Walleye, Rock Bass, Brown Trout and the Occasional Musky. Both of these rivers involve an extra shuttle car. -Trout Float: One of the most productive rivers in WNC for trout is the Tuckaseegee River in Cullowhee, NC.
