Our process consists of laser engraving full-grain leather, the engraved area will be almost black. If your design is extremely detailed, some fine details may be lost. We have tested this method stringently and it will survive those extremely hot, sweaty days with no issue, this bond will outlast the hat. We STRONGLY SUGGEST that you DO NOT wash our leather patch hats in a washing machine because the leather may fade if submersed for long periods of time or from being contacted with harsh detergents. We suggest hand washing with a soft brush and possibly a very mild soap to avoid staining or fading.
