Canyon is our signature espresso blend.  Over time, we've discovered Canyon's versatility, and find this blend suitable for just about any brewing technique - drip, pour over, espresso, and even cold brew.  Canyon Blend is composed of coffees from three origins in three continents - Mexico, Colombia, and Ethiopia - which gives this coffee great balance, medium body, and subtle hints of fruit and sweetness.
