Chemex Classic 3 Cup Coffeemaker

Chemex Coffeemakers are our preferred manual brewing method.  The beautiful design and useful utility make Chemex brewers something every coffee lover should own. While Chemex classifies this as a "3 cup" model, we typically recommend this model for brewing a single cup at a time.  Brewing Technique: A great starting place is 24 grams of ground coffee with 360 grams of 200 degree water.  Play around with your ratio and grind size as you experiment!
