Bruschetta Cherry Tomatoes

Assorted red, black, and yellow cherry tomatoes that have been doused in balsamic vinegar and seasoned with basil.  The tomatoes get almost crispy in the freeze dryer and have a wonderful rich flavor. It reminds me of the bruschetta I love to slather on toasted bread. It’s better though because I don’t have to eat the bread and I still get a crunchy bruschetta experience.
