Huckleberry Saltwater Taffy

Have you ever had a huckleberry?  How would you describe them?  I think a cross between a blueberry and a red grape, a rich sweet flavor. Its the perfect flavor for a saltwater taffy  After we freeze dry the taffy, which changes the texture to that of a macaron, and withdraw all the water, which  makes the flavors even richer its one of the best taffy  flavors we offer!
