Maison Hérout is one of the few French Cider producers who produce a line of organic ciders that are aged in barrels!  This trio of ciders includes: Maison Hérout Micro-Cuvée No. 1 - gourmet, organic cider aged 3 months in Calvados barrels Maison Hérout Micro-Cuvée No. 3 - gourmet, organic cider aged 6 months in Chardonnay and Pinot Noir barrels. On slats for 20 months before being disgorged. Maison Hérout Micro-Cuvée No. 5 - bitter, bittersweet and tart cider juice fermented in traditional cider cuvees to create a very dry, organic cider.
