Country Loaf Decorated

Poilâne® decorated sourdough loaves (about 4.8lb or 2.3kg) bear a handmade dough decoration. The decoration changes each month so as to reflect the themes of the season. Decorations are determined by the date of order. These decorated loaves may be eaten (if the decoration has been removed) or kept as souvenirs (when stored in a dry place). Orders for decorated loaves must be placed at least 2 days in advance, not including weekends and French holidays. If you wish, you can customize your loaf with an inscription. To do so, order the “decorated bread with inscription.” Our sourdough loaves contain four ingredients: sourdough, stone-ground wheat flour, water, and sea salt from Guérande.
