Locally and organically (not certified) grown Hollis wheat berries. A great high protein bread and pasta grain with strong dough, good color and rich flavor. Great to grind into flour for your favorite recipes, or cook them up for a nutty side dish, or hot cereal. We have 2 lb. and 5 lb. bags available.
