Fresh Freeze granita bases are manufactured using the highest quality fruits available. Shelf stable - No need to refrigerate. Can be use in both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Fresh Freeze is specially formulated to deliver the perfect base for professional, bartender quality, frozen specialty drinks. Granita bases are available in 6 x 1/2 gal. cases. Each half-gallon bottle yields two and a half gallons of slush.  Fruit granitas are mixed at a 4:1 ratio.
