Our crab cakes are fully 90% crab meat with just enough other ingredients to season and bind them together. Each crab cake is individually wrapped and frozen. Simply thaw and then broil, bake or fry. Handmade from jumbo lump crab meat – the sweetest, most tender crab meat available – and stuffed so full of crab meat that every delicious bite is bursting with the sweet, luscious flavor of crab, with a hint of local seasonings.
