Guatemala Perla Negra is a community lot sourced through Caravela Coffee. It’s a smooth, full-bodied medium roast with a sweet finish, featuring almond and chocolate notes. Perla Negra (“Black Pearl”) combines coffees from the mountain regions of Chiquimula and Zacapa, selected through extensive cupping to highlight chocolate-like sweetness, panela, and a bright yellow-fruit acidity.
