Honduras Medium Roast

We're excited to be working with Sean Warner and the fine folks over at Honduran Coffee Alliance for our current Honduran coffees. We are currently roasting 2 different coffees from HCA. Josué Martínez began his coffee journey in 2015 with 1.4 hectares of unused land and no capital. A friend lent him seedlings to plant just 0.25 hectares, which became Finca Las Delicias. He’s grown carefully, believing specialty coffee demands far more attention per hectare, so he prioritizes processing quality over rapid expansion.
