The Elder

This blend is dedicated to the Pomo story of how Elder tree saved the world with its song. Mother nature provides the Elder tree-- the branch with hollow core used as a flute to sing its song and bring rain to the land which made rivers and lakes. Then came the creatures to create a home.  This blend is packed with immunity boosting herbs and is delicious served hot or cold.  -> Each bag contains 2 measuring cups of herb equal to 32 TBSP. Each serving is 1TBSP per 1 cup of steeped water. Instructions Bring your water to a boil then let it sit for 10 seconds before pouring over your herbs. 1TBS Tisane per cup of water or to taste. To get the most out of this beautiful blend and make it as I do, once you add your hot water, cover, and let it infuse on the counter for at least 20 minutes, ideally around 45 minutes. While steeping I add my honey sweetener to the mix to let it dissolve. When my time is up, I will give everything a good stir I prefer to make this in a french press, store
