Three Sisters

Growing up there were three of us sisters and when times felt tough or scary being together felt like a huge relief mixed with happiness and joy. When we were together everything was going to be alright.  The fall of 2020 I was in the eye of my storm of illness. When I saw my first natural healer who gave me hope and healing she assured me she could help me get my stress and cortisol levels under control. She advised me to take these three herbs three times a day via capsule. I asked her- “could I make a tea? I have all of these herbs on my shelf” she lit up with a smile as said- “yes I think that would be a great idea, are you willing to make this tea three times a day?” So I created a batch of this tea, good and strong in a 32 oz mason jar. I would let it infuse for about 30 minutes before my first glass and then I would continue to drink my second for lunch and third before dinner. I started making larger batches of this blend and offering it to my friends who would come over for di
