Sacred Forest Perfume Oil

Historically, people around the world often sought out sacred forests or groves to connect with the Gods. Trees held power. (And still do) The types of trees varied by region. Oak, Yew, Spruce, Olive, Cedar, Birch, Pine, Ash, Fir, Alder, Juniper, Cypress, the list goes on. Each tree had significance, lessons to teach or stories connecting it to the divine. Trees were symbols of past, present, and future. They are connections between the underworld, life on earth, and the cosmos. The roots; reaching deep into the earth (Past), the trunk; standing tall and proud (Present), and the branches; reaching for the sky (Future).
