This sauce is for the real sweet heat lover, it is warm and fruity with a hint of warming spice and heavenly aroma from the lavender. We have a friendship with a Lavender farm in Oregon City and this sauce was created for their annual festival. They grow a culinary lavender that is warm and spiced, not perfume like at all.
