This blend is a bolder take on a classic masala chai, with electric notes of cardamom, warming cinnamon and a zippy ginger-pepper combo. Tearista Greg developed this one, and his choice of Satemwa Dark (a cave-aged tea from Malawi) as a base makes for a rare chai that can brew forever without going overly tannic.
