Lemon Organic Essential Oil

  Lemon Essential Oil is also known by the nickname “Liquid Sunshine”. It one of the essential oils with the most powerful anti-microbial activity. Both the lemon fruit and the lemon essential oil have been  used in Ayurvedic medicines for thousands of years to treat a vast range of health issues. In particular Lemon essential oil is known to be invigorating, cleansing, and purifying, it can boost energy and metabolism, enhance moods, and disinfect skin and surfaces.  Aromatherapy: Diffuse lemon oil to boost concentration and clear the air of unpleasant odors by adding 3-5 drops per 100ml of water to an oil diffuser. Topically:  Apply topically by diluting 4-6 drops in 20ml (2 Tbsp) of carrier oil. Make a refreshing facial toner by combining 1 cup of water, 2 teaspoons of witch hazel, and 15 drops of lemon essential oil in a spray bottle.
