The first thing you notice is the intense heady apricot aroma that surrounds you. With its beautifully demure light skin, slight blush and petite stature, the CandyCot are the jewels of the orchard. Inside holds a concentrated apricot flavor, that taste of the hot sun that created it. Intense honey and tropical notes with a perfect acid balance, that makes the Candycot one of our favorite varieties we grow on the farm.
