Jimmy Page - Led Zeppelin #11 March 11th, 1975 'North American Tour 1975' Long Beach Arena, Long Beach, California 35mm Film Archival Pigment Print on Paper  Small or Large available below BEHIND THE SHOT This is from the first show of the tour to hit the LA area - and the first of two nights at the Long Beach Arena.  I remember that it was so loud up close that I was literally searching around for something, ANYTHING I could put into my ears.  I eventually found a discarded program and tore out a page.  I tore off pieces of a page and chewed on them to soften them. Then I stuff them into my ears to help mitigate the pain!  I had to do something, because there was no way I was moving further back away from the stage!
