This under-eye salve specifically addresses the delicate skin underneath the eye to reduce puffiness and dark circles, deeply moisturize and reduce the appearance of fine lines. Dark circles under the eyes are actually blue-ish veins that show through this thin skin, whereas puffiness is due to fluid accumulation.
