Double Bacon Cheeseburger
Details Uptown, downtown, any town our wood grilled burgers will be your favorite. They are hand made with 90/10 ground chuck, we season our patties with our house seasoning and Worcestershire sauce. This fired grilled double burger is served with bacon on a brioche bun, cheddar cheese. Preparation Remove hamburger patty from bun. Heat patty in a skillet on medium for 2 minutes on each side until desired temperature. Or heat patty in the microwave for 1 minute then thirty seconds intervals. Heat to 165 degrees. Heat the bun on white parchment paper in a preheated oven on 350° for 10 minutes or until desired heat is reached.
