Flour tortillas are seared on the grill, loaded with grilled fajita chicken, Mexican cheese, sweet peppers, served with blanco queso dip and salsa packets. To achieve griddle look in photograph, spray each side of tortilla with pan spray and sear in nonstick pan until golden brown on each side. Cut in triangles and crisp in a pan or enjoy as soft tacos.
