
Light Lemon Thyme Chicken with Rice Pilaf
Details Tender bone-in chicken thighs are lightly floured with flour, pan seared until golden and juicy, served with a rice pilaf, and topped with a light lemon thyme gravy. Preparation MICROWAVE: Remove sleeve, lift the corner of film, place on microwave plate, microwave for 2 minutes or until hot. Let stand for 2 minutes. Cut film away from corner edge with knife, and remove. Stir before serving. Based on a 1100 watt microwave oven.
