PEPPER SWEET RED MARCONI

73 days. NON-GMO, OPEN POLLINATED, HEIRLOOM. Red Marconi is a prolific old Italian heirloom prized for its huge, crisp, sweet red 3-lobed fruits. Amazing flavor! This pepper is great for frying, roasting, stuffing or slicing raw for salads. Plants produce massive red peppers that grow as large as 12″ long with a 3″ diameter. Fruits will be green initially and eventually turn to red, with intermediate stages of yellow and orange. This pepper has excellent sweet pepper flavor and I grow this one myself every year, one of my favorites. Great for pickling in slices as well!
