Zozobra 100th Anniversary T-Shirt

Zozobra has been an integral part of New Mexico's history since 1924 and is one of the many cultural events that makes our state enchanting. A native of the picturesque village of Chimayó, artist Michael E. Martinez draws from a wellspring of inspiration from the rugged beauty of Northern New Mexico. The surrounding landscape has fueled his creative journey for nearly three decades. Martinez's work is a testament to the deep connection he shares with his roots. For the 100th anniversary of the Burning of Zozobra, Michael was commissioned by FS2 Supply Co. to create a spectacular traditional design to commemorate this centennial event.
