
30 Day Handstand Walk (Add-On Program) Level One
Program Level: Beginner This particular program is a 30 day add-on program that can be performed in addition to your current CrossFit or other workout program. This is for those who are afraid to get upside down! This is a level one intro program designed to help you get comfortable upside down, and get your body and mind primed and ready to handstand walk. In level one the moves are basic, and you will need some more additional strength and strength programming to help you develop the overall strength to handstand walk. This add- on program is more about developing the mechanics and like I said before, getting your more comfortable upside down, stacking your shoulders, and shifting weight side to side. This program includes a 9 minute EMOM, two days per week, and all movements are easily found on youtube. When you complete level one with ease. Move on to level two.
